About Big Green Barn

Located in Morristown’s Harding Township, Big Green Barn’s new retail shop is stocked with vintage lamps, mirrors, artwork, ceramics and furniture. Interior designers, magazine style editors, home décor enthusiasts and film studio set designers appreciate sustainable shopping that helps keep vintage décor out of landfills. Top-quality art and furniture consignments are always welcome.

The Morris County, NJ, home décor shop is owned by stylist Susan Brierly Bush, the home and garden editor of New Jersey Monthly magazine. Her curator's eye has been honed by a long-term consulting engagement with Sotheby's fine art auction house in Manhattan, an art history certificate from Sotheby's Institute of Art, blogging for SothebysHome.com, and study through the New York School of Interior Design and the Museum of Modern Art.

Susan took the plunge to open her retail shop in 2023. She also invites shoppers to her 200-year-old barn, located minutes from the Harding store, for seasonal barn sales. When it comes to sustainable, environmentally friendly shopping, keep it green when you buy home décor at Big Green Barn.

Big Green Barn’s Harding store is conveniently located to shoppers from New Vernon, Morristown, Mendham, Chatham, Madison, Summit, Basking Ridge, Bernardsville and Far Hills. A passion project and part-time business for Susan, the shop is open several days a week. Harding shop business hours, as well as seasonal barn sales, are announced regularly on Instagram @susanbrierlybush or email susan@thebiggreenbarn.com for more information.
